PRICING

I will write fanfictions and original content.

I will only write fanfictions for canons I know enough about unless the canon setting is not important. Go here to see which universes I can write about, or simply ask me.

OC Fics refer to Canon x OC as well as OC x OC pieces.

OC Fics require you to send me a reference of your OC, drawn or written. The more detailed it is, the better.

I will not write about someone else's OC without their express consent.

TERMS OF SERVICE

DISCLAIMER

  • These terms of service are subject to change. You bind yourself to the T.O.S at the time of commissioning.

  • Breaking any part of the T.O.S will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me again.

PROCESS

  • PM me this form to order a fic.

  • If your piece contains an Original Character (OC), please provide either a written or drawn reference of them. The more detailed, the better.

  • I will write an initial sample paragraph of your piece before payment.

  • Once the paragraph is approved, you will pay through Ko-fi and I’ll start writing your piece.

  • I’ll provide WIPs at least once. I can provide more at your request.

  • The final product will be sent to you as a PDF file. Fanfictions may be posted to my AO3 and OC Fics may be posted to my ToyHouse.

  • Average turnaround is between 1 week to 1 month depending on the length of the piece once the paragraph is approved.

  • If you need your piece by a specific deadline, please tell me!

  • Time taken depends on workload.

PAYMENT

  • I require full payment once the paragraph is approved.

  • I only accept kofi payments.

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • You are not required to pay for additional words if I go over the word count you paid for.

REFUNDS

  • I will fully refund you if I feel I cannot complete the commission.

  • I will provide you with a half-refund if you cancel your commission after the paragraph is approved.

WRITER'S RIGHTS

I reserve the right to:

  • Use commissioned pieces as examples.

  • Upload commissions to my AO3 profile or Toyhouse (with credit to you as the commissioner).

  • Take down any commissions without notice from my AO3 or Toyhouse.

  • Refund a piece if I feel I am unable to complete it.

  • Turn down a commission request without reason.

  • I will not make any future profits from your commissioned piece.

  • All artwork is copyrighted to myself, the writer.

CLIENT'S RIGHTS

  • You understand that this is a digital service, and no physical product will be sent to you.

  • You are under no circumstances to commission a NSFW fic if you are under 18 years old. Trying to do so will get you permanently blacklisted.

  • You are not allowed to use my writing for commercial and/or monetized use.

  • You retain the rights to your Original Characters (OC) and I in no way claim them as my own.

  • You may not commission a piece containing another's Original Characters (OC) without express consent of the owner.

  • You are free to share your commission on social media, with credit.

  • You agree not to ask for updated versions of your commission once completed, or for a refund of a completed commission.
